This course will explore how the use of herbs can help support wellness. We will dive in-depth discussing the benefits and uses of over 25 accessible herbs that can be found in our backyard, garden, or local grocery store. By the end of the course, students will be able to make herbal tinctures, honey, oils, and teas.
